Comprising Manager Direct Access for top-level requisition approvals, a Recruitment Tool for complete hiring workflows, and a Candidate Portal for direct applications, the platform streamlines end-to-end recruitment. Fully integrated with ZingHR, Microsoft D365, and the client’s job portal, it enables real-time analytics, loss-of-revenue tracking, and policy enforcement.

Problem Statement

The client, a global infrastructure consultancy, struggled with low adoption and inefficiencies in recruitment due to rigid off-the-shelf tools, unintuitive UIs, and mismatched stakeholder expectations. Hiring delays led to significant loss of revenue as niche, RFP-specific positions remained vacant. Without analytics or process standardisation, management lacked accurate data to optimise hiring flows and enforce policy adherence across teams.

Approach

We engaged all stakeholder groups—HR, recruiters, tech teams, and CMD—to map real hiring workflows, pain points, and integration needs. Leveraging this, we built a modular suite with Flutter-based cross-platform apps, a vendor-agnostic MongoDB database, and API integrations to ZingHR, Microsoft D365, and the client’s job portal. Custom dashboards with PowerBI tracked loss-of-revenue metrics, and automated checks ensured SOP compliance.
