Problem Statement

Innovative India Agritech faced a disconnected digital setup across online Shopify sales, in-store POS, and communication channels. Customers lacked multilingual access, dealers couldn't sync with inventory in real time, and leadership had no clear view of performance data. Manual invoicing and fragmented communication workflows led to slow fulfillment and lost opportunities.

Approach

We re-engineered their Shopify ecosystem with persona-based login flows, integrated Shopify POS with CRM systems, and implemented WhatsApp Cloud API for end-to-end commerce. Multilingual content delivery was enabled using a language engine, while real-time dashboards offered granular insights. The solution unified operations, automated workflows, and improved visibility across all retail touchpoints.

We enabled a fully functional storefront inside WhatsApp. Users could browse products, add to cart, receive order updates, and complete payments—all without leaving the app. This was built on top of WhatsApp Cloud API and tightly integrated with Shopify and CRM workflows.

The app supported 6 Indian languages—Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Hindi, and English—allowing deeper engagement in regional markets. We also integrated survey flows to capture farmer data and personalize recommendations based on real-time CRM sync.
