Problem Statement

Rodic’s senior leadership needed a system to maintain meaningful engagement with hundreds of high-priority external contacts. With no centralized system, calls, WhatsApp interactions, meeting notes, and follow-ups were scattered, often resulting in missed opportunities and duplicated efforts. The lack of integration with existing tools also created workflow bottlenecks across the leadership and operations teams.

The lack of integration with existing tools also created workflow bottlenecks across the leadership and operations teams.

Approach

We delivered a fully functional mobile CRM integrated with Firebase, iMazing, and RodicHub. The solution allowed users to log engagements, receive reactivation reminders, sync contact data, and log voice-to-task actions. Travel planners, event reminders, news feeds, and AI search interfaces were added in Phase 2. All components were built for cross-platform compatibility using Flutter and Flutterflow, ensuring fast deployment and robust scalability.

An admin dashboard was also developed for assistants to manage records and sync communications. In Phase 2, we added deep integrations including Rodic-centric news intelligence, GPT-powered search, calendar views, and multi-number support for each contact.
