We developed a fully integrated community app for WeVysya to digitize member operations, referral flows, attendance tracking, and business insights—built on Flutter, Firebase, and PowerBI, with cross-platform deployment and GHM integration.

Problem Statement

WeVysya was operating through partially digitized tools where critical engagement data—like referrals, visitor entries, and deal closures—were still manually maintained by House Presidents. This led to inefficiencies, poor data accuracy, and limited community visibility. Without automation or insights, scaling operations and supporting members across chapters was becoming unsustainable.

WeVysya was operating through partially digitized tools where critical engagement data—like referrals, visitor entries, and deal closures—were still manually maintained by House Presidents. This led to inefficiencies, poor data accuracy, and limited community visibility. Without automation or insights, scaling operations and supporting members across chapters was becoming unsustainable.

Approach

We delivered a cross-platform Flutter app that digitized attendance, referral workflows, deal closure, visitor flow, and i2we meetups. We integrated it with GHM to maintain data consistency, built dashboards in PowerBI, and added smart features like voice-based member search, private messaging, and automated scoring logic. Phase 2 extended functionality with zone-level event creation and sub-industry tagging.

The app unified all operational workflows of WeVysya—attendance, referrals, deals, visitor logs, and chats—into a seamless digital platform. Real-time dashboards, GHM sync, and scalable architecture now allow WeVysya to track performance, automate data pipelines, and engage members across houses and zones with efficiency.

We built a fully traceable referral system with lead status tracking, deal conversion logic, and DN/DV capture. Members could share links with confidence, update deal stages, and log outcomes. Admins gained full visibility into referral health, hot leads, and closure patterns—creating a transparent loop between effort and value.

House Presidents could mark attendance live through the app, with dynamic filters for substitutes, leave types, and cross-house participation. This replaced paper registers and ensured attendance data flowed directly into reporting dashboards. It also set the foundation for auto-generated performance scoring across the community.

We integrated GHM’s APIs for user roles, contact data, and performance stats, ensuring data edits reflected across systems. A PowerBI dashboard was layered on top for house-level and global performance tracking—ranking users by referrals, deal closures, attendance, and i2we scores. In Phase 2, we enabled admins to create zone-level and global events with participant management and analytics drill-downs from state to house level. This empowered the core team to plan more effectively, increase visibility of regional engagement, and run campaigns that transcended house-level boundaries.

Impact

The WeVysya App replaced fragmented tools with a unified digital platform for collaboration, tracking, and growth. Members now manage referrals, deals, and attendance from one place, while admins access powerful dashboards that guide strategy and spotlight top contributors across houses, zones, and roles.
