We developed a fully integrated community app for WeVysya to digitize member operations, referral flows, attendance tracking, and business insights—built on Flutter, Firebase, and PowerBI, with cross-platform deployment and GHM integration.

Problem Statement

WeVysya was operating through partially digitized tools where critical engagement data—like referrals, visitor entries, and deal closures—were still manually maintained by House Presidents. This led to inefficiencies, poor data accuracy, and limited community visibility. Without automation or insights, scaling operations and supporting members across chapters was becoming unsustainable.

We delivered a cross-platform Flutter app that digitized attendance, referral workflows, deal closure, visitor flow, and i2we meetups. We integrated it with GHM to maintain data consistency, built dashboards in PowerBI, and added smart features like voice-based member search, private messaging, and automated scoring logic. Phase 2 extended functionality with zone-level event creation and sub-industry tagging.

The app unified all operational workflows of WeVysya—attendance, referrals, deals, visitor logs, and chats—into a seamless digital platform. Real-time dashboards, GHM sync, and scalable architecture now allow WeVysya to track performance, automate data pipelines, and engage members across houses and zones with efficiency.
