Problem Statement

Zapkredit set out to solve a critical friction in personal payments—reducing high transaction charges and delays while providing tangible benefits to users. However, there was no digital infrastructure to manage user onboarding, approvals, or payments. Manual handling led to slow processing, limited tracking, and poor customer experience, especially for high-trust financial workflows.

We developed a secure MVP on Flutterflow with Firebase integration, streamlining user onboarding, KYC verification, and payment approval flows. A real-time admin dashboard enabled transaction decisions and link generation within minutes. With automated role-based access, WhatsApp alerts, and instant transfer logic, the platform was optimized for speed, reliability, and transparency.
