Problem Statement

Zapkredit set out to solve a critical friction in personal payments—reducing high transaction charges and delays while providing tangible benefits to users. However, there was no digital infrastructure to manage user onboarding, approvals, or payments. Manual handling led to slow processing, limited tracking, and poor customer experience, especially for high-trust financial workflows.

We developed a secure MVP on Flutterflow with Firebase integration, streamlining user onboarding, KYC verification, and payment approval flows. A real-time admin dashboard enabled transaction decisions and link generation within minutes. With automated role-based access, WhatsApp alerts, and instant transfer logic, the platform was optimized for speed, reliability, and transparency.

Aadhaar-Based Smart Onboarding

We built a KYC onboarding flow using Aadhaar verification APIs, ensuring compliance without compromising privacy. Aadhaar details were auto-validated, and admin approval logic was tied to these fields. Post-verification, user access was gated until approval, and status updates were delivered over WhatsApp, providing clarity and assurance to new users during onboarding.

Real-Time Payment Workflows

We implemented a live data stream between the user and admin panels to handle payment approvals. Users could submit payment details and receive links within 10 to 15 minutes. Admins were equipped with approval timers and instant link generators, making the overall experience seamless, auditable, and efficient—bringing real-time responsiveness to previously manual systems.
